As a client of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business and brand
• Grant necessary access to your social media accounts for management purposes
• Respond promptly to requests for feedback, approvals, and content reviews
• Ensure all provided materials comply with applicable laws and platform policies
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary strategies or methods shared
• Pay all fees according to the agreed payment schedule

Client Content: You retain ownership of your brand assets, logos, and any content you provide. You grant us a license to use these materials solely for providing our services.

Created Content: Content created by qqviral.com (graphics, captions, strategies) becomes your property upon full payment. We retain the right to showcase our work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed.

Platform Compliance: All content created will comply with the terms of service of respective social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Fees: Service fees are outlined in your specific service agreement. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

Payment Schedule: Monthly services are billed in advance. Project-based work requires 50% upfront payment with the remainder due upon completion.

Late Payments: Late payments may result in service suspension. A 1.5% monthly service charge may be applied to overdue accounts.

Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for unused services within 30 days of payment.

While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee:

• Specific follower growth numbers or engagement rates
• Viral content or guaranteed reach metrics
• Protection against social media platform algorithm changes
• Immunity from platform policy changes or account restrictions
• Specific business outcomes or revenue increases

Our services focus on best practices, quality content creation, and strategic growth methods that comply with all platform guidelines.

By Client: You may terminate services with 30 days written notice. You remain responsible for payment of services provided through the notice period.

By qqviral.com: We may terminate services immediately for non-payment, violation of terms, or if your business practices conflict with our values or legal requirements.

Upon Termination: We will provide final reports, transfer account access, and deliver any completed work. Confidentiality obligations continue post-termination.

qqviral.com's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Social media platform policy changes or account restrictions
• Third-party actions or content
• Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business information, strategies, and data. Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your account access and sensitive information. However, you acknowledge that internet transmissions are never 100% secure.
